Metals used: 92.5% - 97% Silver, Copper and 18k - 21k Gold.

Cleaning

Silver, Copper and Gold plated jewellery tarnishes naturally and requires occasional cleaning. A polishing cloth can remove light tarnishing & fingerprints when needed.

For gold plated jewellery, the gold layer could accidentally be rubbed off with a polishing cloth so it is better to use a commercial liquid jewellery cleaner, follow the cleaner's instructions very carefully, a quick 4-5 second dip should suffice.

For heavy tarnishing, please use a commercial liquid jewellery cleaner, which can be found online or in many hardware stores. Follow the cleaner's instructions very carefully.

Do not use the liquid cleaner or chemicals on any kind of pearls, certain gemstones, resins, silver jewellery with oxidized (blackened) finishes, or non-waterproof items. For copper use lemon juice.

Storage

Please take care to store jewellery properly. Vinyl pouches are a great way to prevent natural tarnishing. Store jewellery away from heat sources, sunlight, chemicals, moisture and high humidity. Store each piece of jewellery separately to ensure they do not scratch each other, scratching can remove protective anti-tarnish layers, increasing the speed at which items can tarnish.

Pearls are best stored in a velvet pouch. Never store pearls in plastic bags.

Wear and care

Avoid wearing jewellery in chlorinated/ saltwater or exposing items to harsh chemicals as it can severely discolour, tarnish or damage the jewellery as well as loosen stones and settings.

Please put jewellery on after using cosmetics, hair spray or perfumes to avoid contact with substances and chemicals that may cause damage. To preserve gold plating do not wear in the ocean, swimming pool or shower.
