Shipping policy



After receiving your order confirmation email.

In-stock items are processed in 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped by courier in 7 to 10 business days.

Custom orders and out-of-stock items will be manufactured and then shipped, usually 10 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a courier tracking code.

Note: Covid-19 has had an unexpected impact on shipping times in some countries.


SECTION 2 - Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


SECTION 3 - International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer international shipping Worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Terra Eclat is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


SECTION 4 - How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


SECTION 5 - Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please provide complete address information and correct contact number, (we do not ship to P.O. Boxes).


SECTION 6 - Refunds, returns, and exchanges summary

1/ Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of receiving your order, as per courier tracking information. If 14 days have passed since receiving your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2/ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
